Discovery

Discovery is where we work together to assess your needs. We meet with you to learn what the issues and concerns are, who the stakeholders are and what goals you need to accomplish. After listening to you and doing additional research on competitors and users/customers, we determine the scope of work necessary to meet your goals.

Design

We take what we learn from the Discovery phase and work it into a solution or three. Whether it's the form an online marketing effort should take, or that of a web site and content management system, we will approach it using the principles of "User Centered Design". We'll develop compelling communications and interactive experiences specifically for your target audience, extending your brand in a way that facilitates the achievement of your goals. We'll address business issues and user needs, considering the concerns of all during all phases of design.

Development

We implement what we design. We make sure it works and we make sure it works for you. We work with you to put it through rigorous QA to be sure whatever we build meets your expectations. From web sites to ROI tracking systems, we stand behind our work.

Documentation

Every project is different so custom solutions to maximize your investment are common endeavors for us. We have set up mechanisms for tracking the change in activity over time. We have also developed "Help" documentation and style guides. Whatever the need at this stage, we can provide the solution.
