Mary has extensive experience in User-Centered Design, visual design, branding theory and usability testing. Her client list includes Williams Sonoma, Apple Computer, Gap, Symantec, Addison Wesley Longman, and Aaron Marcus and Associates. She has directed B2B User Experience Design efforts for clients such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard, and i2 Technologies, and has conducted usability testing for B2C e-commerce giant Williams Sonoma, parent of the Pottery Barn family of brands.
Julie spent 12 years at Oracle Corporation, the multi-billion dollar database company, where she worked as a software developer, product manager, and most recently as a web production manager responsible for various aspects of Oracle's web presence. Julie has spent much of the last two years studying trends in online marketing and developing mechanisms for tracking ROI.
